To perform a flamingo extension, start with a standing position. Then, take a slight bend on your left leg and raise your right foot behind to a 90 degree knee bend.
Next, lean forward; take a bend around the hips, extending the right leg. Then, extend your left arm to the front, forming a T, and you are now a flamingo!
Switch sides and repeat after every 5 seconds.
For T Push-up, lower yourself close to the floor with a push up position as the starter.
As you push yourself up, lift your left arm straight up to the ceiling and rotate your body slowly, balancing on your right hand and right foot. Again, switch sides and repeat.
