While washing dishes, stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Raise yourself high on your tippy toes and then slowly return to a flat-foot position. Lift and lower your heels 20 to 40 times or until you feel it’s too tired to continue.
DO A QUICKIE!

Visiting the gym after working hours is such a NO NO for most of us. Try splitting it up and get a 10-minute exercise whenever you get up from your comfy cushion chair, after meals or anywhere you have a little time and privacy. You can do some arm, stomach or leg work or take a walk. Get to your office through staircase is one the easiest ways.
HEAT IT UP!

However, try to get some thorough exercise if you got the time. But, remember never skip warm-ups and cool-downs. You might think that it is unnecessary to do so, but doing 5 to 10 minutes of gentle cardio before and after every workout lowers the possibility of injury. Warming up gives time to your body to increase blood flow and elevate its temperature. Meanwhile, cooling down allows your cardiovascular system to transition back into a state of rest.
DO IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT!

Every reward has its efforts. There is no shortcut to staying fit and healthy. So, turn your back to crash diets, diet pills or those that require you to just eat one or two types of food each day. It will only lower your metabolism in the long run and keep you away from your goal of a healthy body weight.
Always remember that exercise not only can make you stay healthy, but stay charming as well! So, what’re you waiting for? Make exercise as one of your 2013 resolutions today!
