Started her first solo dance routine at the age of 7, this petite beauty has artistic talent in her blood. Mynn was the winner of RedFM Rudy's Recruit, a Radio DJ search competition hosted by Red FM in 2010.
Playing the piano, learning ballet, martial arts, representing the school and state in rhythmic gymnastics, swimming, choral speaking and story-telling were those of the many things she had ventured during her childhood years.
Just like the famous character, Becky Fuller in Morning Glory, Mynn also shares some similar footsteps as hers when it comes to the 'producing' world. Mynn has opened up a production house called Kash Pictures with her partner in 2009 and has helped create, produce and act in "Crossings", a 13 episode English drama for NTV7.
Aside from her career as a radio DJ and host of the Red Room which airs every Sunday to Monday from 10pm to 1am, Mynn is currently producing and hosting "The V Squad", a travel show for kids that is set to air on NTV7 this 5th of April 2012.

Born to perform, Linora's itch for stardom began at the age of 5 when she did story-telling in her kindergarten days and entered story-telling competitions and plays during her school years. Linora was in the top three for RedFM Rudy's Recruit on the same year Mynn won the title.
Who also knew this triple-threat beauty once put her performing talents aside when she became a brand planner at McCann Erickson!
But that didn't stop her from returning to the entertainment world when she became active in big production theatres such as Ismail:The Last Days (Mynn was involved too!) and A Crazy Little Thing Called Love.
She may have learnt ballet and jazz, but don't let those dancing feet fool you, Linora owns a black belt under the World Taekwando Federation!
Beauty with tech-brain indeed, not only she knows how to kick butt, Linora is also a master in the web-designing world; she is the web designer for BritishIndia and the official website of local singer Janet Lee.

BEHIND THE SCENES WITH MYNN LEE & LINORA LOW
WoM had the opportunity to have a little Q & A session with the ladies about their careers as entertainers, some spills between messing up the lines and how they handle it and many more...
Mynn: Linora and I ended up on Red out of sheer coincidence, we were shopping together and saw a banner saying that Red FM was looking for deejays. So we decided to try our luck and went for it! We ended up in the finals together... I won the competition and Linora was in the top 3. Red decided that they wanted both of us to join the station, so we both ended up in Red and it's been a whirlwind ride since then!
Linora: We took part in the Red FM audition called the Rudy's Recruit. We honestly didn't think we were going to get in at all. We were stuck waiting for out turn for about 3 hours and for me, I nearly decided to head back home. But Mynn said, 'hey, we are already here, why not just go see if it is our turn. If it is.. it's meant to be." With that we went to check and would you know it, it was out turn... so I guess it was meant to be! Haha. Since then there has been no looking back.. but if we did it's with a smile and a sweet memory of how it all started.
WoM: If entertainment is not meant for you, what other path would you choose to venture in?
Mynn: I have always wanted to be in entertainment since I was a little girl; having performed on stage since a very young age. However, to satisfy my parents, I studied Accounting and Finance and went into the auditing for a little while after graduating. I felt that that the corporate world wasn't what I wanted to do, so I ventured into theatre, acting and hosting. I also started my own film production house, which is what I want to do the most... make great movies! That's kinda like a business, so I guess if I wasn't in entertainment, I would probably be in business.
Linora: I would venture into the fitness line, which is a another big passion of mine. I believe very much in being healthy and active. But I do love the entertainment line. I still want to go into acting if time permits. But if I were to combine the two I would love to do my own fitness travel show.
WoM: Have you ever messed up your lines when you were on air? If so, how did you tackle the situation?
Mynn: Messing up and saying the wrong things on air do happen. But of course, we try to minimize it by prepping as much as we can! However, if we do mess up... we'll switch it around by making fun of ourselves and laughing and try to make it seem like it's just a small thing!
Linora: Haha yes I have! It's an inevitable thing. When you end up rolling on your words, you just laugh it off and then maybe I'll tease saying 'you try saying it the way I said it'. No point looking at the bad mojo, just move on and laugh.
WoM: Was it hard for you to break into the entertainment world? Have you ever felt like giving up?
Mynn: It is definitely hard breaking into the entertainment world. It takes lots of patience, perseverance and hard work. I have never thought of giving up because it has always been my passion. I believe that as long as I love what I do and do it to the best of my abilities, I will achieve the success that I hope for. I want to entertain people, influence people in a positive way, make a difference and of course, make great movies... as long as I can!
Linora: Oh my.. this is a standard question. Yes it was. I've always wanted to get into acting first actually. To break into it is hard cause not one person has ever heard of you. They've never seen your abilities plus acting is such a small thing here. Entertainment industry is small in KL and it's still hard to break into it. Being in this line, you gotta have something that stands out from the rest..You have to find that special thing of yours.. your X factor and yeap I've wanted to give up a few times.. But perseverance and good motivation from friends and family keeps me going. See when I got into this entertainment line, I hope very much to do for a bigger picture. It's media and you reach out to the masses and who knows you maybe able to help someone along the way or inspire them, you never know. So when I hear that someone has been inspired by the things I've done or said that really really makes me think that all the hard work is worth it.

WoM: As an entertainer, especially tv/radio presenter is quite challenging when you are having a bad day. How do you keep your positivity when you are dealing with a bad situation in your personal life?
Mynn: For me, my personal life and my work has always been two separate things. I always try to never mix them up. When I get into the studio, I put all my personal worries aside and concentrate on how to entertain my listeners and cheer them up with the beautiful love songs I play every night. When I give them love advise on my slot, I try to be unbiased and fair with my comments. When I am hosting or acting, as soon as the director shouts action; I will smile or act and perform to the best of my abilities, no compromise. Goes the same when I am on set or working in my production house, everything is professional and I will always give my best in everything I do.

WoM: Lastly, is there any personal message or advice that you would like to share with all the young women out there in Malaysia?
Mynn: My advise is to always strive for what you want and never give up. However, never forget who you are and where you've come from. In my company, Kash Pictures, we believe in a saying by Steve Jobs from a movie called "Pirates of the Silicon Valley" about him... "We are here to make a dent in the Universe, otherwise, why even be here?".
Linora: You are all beautiful, strong and intelligent women. There's a wonderful spark in each on of us, that no one can ever take away from you. Motivate and stay strong all the time. Together in this sisterhood, in the words of Beyonce - We Can Run The World!
