After only one year of its inception, MyDEAL Sdn Bhd is proud to announce that it still reigns as the number one online group buying company in Malaysia. Spreading Its Wings Throughout Malaysia and Brunei

Its Business Development Manager Marlia Omar said the company is expected to spread its wings across Malaysia and Brunei by the year end. Providing 24-Hour Customer Service by the End of the Year

With MyDEAL’s rapid expansion, they are currently also working towards providing a 24 hour customer service hotline by December. Customer Relation Management (CRM) Division Head, Kent Hoong said, beginning July, MyDEAL’s customer relation hotline will be extended from 8am to 11pm, with their eventual goal being a 24/7 support structure.

MyDEAL now reaches out to more than 1 million prospective buyers every single day through their database, website visitors, online advertisements and other collaborations like Yahoo Malaysia.
