Determined with her choice of career, Neeza Rahim breaks her usual routine from working in Malaysia Airlines for 7 years by following her heart to pursue on her true passion - Make Up Artistry.
"Maybe I should do this as a career..."
Disappointed with the small number of good female make up artist in Malaysia at that time, Neeza decided to try her hands on the make up world. Since beauty and make up are both the things that she found most interesting, it was her natural instinct to jump her luck in pursuing make up artistry as her career, and look where she is now! She has even done many special effects make up as well!
"I didn't say it's easy, and I didn't say it's tough...you just have to expose more of your work and more of yourself out there..."
Neeza took a basic make up course with a local senior make up artist and received her formal training in make up artistry at the London Academy of Media Film & TV.
CRUELTY-FREE BEAUTY"I believe animals have feelings...this is the right thing for me to do..."
Not only is Neeza commited to her make up career, she is also devoted to bringing no harm to the animals! Neeza has never used animal-tested products for her work.
"This is a forward thinking...we live in a modern world with all this scientific technology, so I don't agree if they(cosmetic companies/experts) test (the products) on animals..."
WoM initially had misinterpreted CRUELTY-FREE BEAUTY as a concept until Neeza corrected us that it wasn't a concept, but the act of an individual or a company that avoids the use of animal-tested products created by PETA. (We should be doing our homework and study more often next time!)

Neeza not only does the usual bridal and basic make up regime, but she also includes special effects make up in her portfolio. Neeza loves to experiment with her work, you may find a number of amazing special effects make up done by her in her portfolio, including bruise marks and even gun shots!
