BERRYBOW Turns One...With A Cause!

Birthday Bazaar: BERRYBOW Celebrates
Its First Birthday With A Fashion Fundraiser
16th June 2012, Publika (The Square)

As online fashion retailer BERRYBOW.com blows out the candle on its birthday cake,
the girls behind the brand strive for an end to violence against women.

It may be an unusual wish for a fashion-forward brand to make, but BERRYBOW Principal Michelle Chong counts violence against women and children as among the things the world could do without.

"We're grateful to have been so well-received in our first year, and I want to share this success with those who may not have the luxuries we take for granted in our everyday lives, in terms of security and wellbeing, as well as material goods,"

BERRYBOW celebrated its debut last year in a glittering charity hi-tea launch, raising a whopping RM8,400 for the Women's Aid Organization. This year, BERRYBOW strives to do more by hosting a bazaar and fundraising event at The Square in Publika Shopping Gallery, Solaris Dutamas.

Individual tickets to the event are priced at RM30 with a complimentary RM15 cash voucher valid for BERRYBOW's branded clothing on the day. Alternatively, guests can also purchase a ticket booklet for 10, priced at RM300 with a complimentary RM150 cash voucher and an additional BERRYBOW's RM50 cash voucher.
